Abstract
This research is motivated by the ability of land office employees to assist and provide services quickly and quickly ... as well as being alert to the wishes of the community. In this study the authors used a descriptive method. This research data collection technique with observation, interviews and documentation. Technique of data processing or data analysis in this study is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. This research uses zaithaml theory with indicators, Tanggibel, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empay based on the results of research on Complete Systematic Land Registration Services in the Land Office, Rokan Hilir Regency, implemented optimally. As for the obstacles experienced, namely not having complete and clear documents.employees are able to use tools in the field of land mapping. The long time for issuing certificates has made the community wait for time uncertainty. Administrative costs requested by individual village officials are not in accordance with regulations.
