Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru which aims to determine and analyze the effect of internal communication on employee productivity. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The number of respondents in this study were 34 people, namely all employees in the field of concrete production. The sampling technique is using the census method, because the total population is less than 100 people, the entire population is a sample. In this study, data processing uses the SPSS ( Statistical Product and Service Solution) application version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of variable internal communication on variable work productivity of employes at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru.
