Abstract
This study aims to analiyze financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. By using the approach of Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) and Financial Value Added (FVA). This research is a quantitative research. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. Data Collection techniques using documentation techniques where data collection from existing documents such as the financial statements of PT. Waskita Karya Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Assesment of the company’s financial performance PT. Waskita Karya Tbk using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method gives good resultd because every year the NOPAT value increases, while the results from the Market Value Added (MVA) method the company gets positive result where every year experiences increase, while the results of the Financial Value Added (FVA) method show positive results every year, which means that net profits and depreciation areable to cover Equivalent Deprectiation.
