Abstract

This Research attempts to learn the influence of service quality on customers satisfaction users of the field services in Latansa Futsal Pekanbaru. Variable in this research is services quality and customers satisfaction. Sample criteria in this research is non member users and 15-35 years people. Sample used in this research are 94 respondent chosen by Theory Slovin and data collection using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis method and statistic analyzed is using sample linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The result of this research of the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction users of the field services in Latansa Futsal Pekanbaru.
