Abstract
This study aims to determine the reasons for customer credit applications accepted by BPR Ganto Nagari 1945 Lubuk Alung and to find out the reasons for customer credit applications rejected by BPR Ganto Nagari 1954 Lubuk Alung. The population of all customers registered at BPR Ganto Nagari 1945 Lubuk Alung and a sample of 30 customers. The data used in this research is secondary data and the analytical tool used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study state that there are 15 customers who have received credit applications and 15 customers who have not received their credit applications because the collateral given to the BPR does not match the amount of credit submitted, has a bad BI Checking, customers do not have a license. Business, customers are not honest in providing data to the BPR
