Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the Implementation of the Inhil Jaya Advanced Village Program (DMIJ) for Infrastructure Facilities in Bangun Harjo Jaya Village, Pulau Burung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The assessment indicators used include planning, determining plans, implementing plans, and evaluating the results of implementing plans. This type of research is a descriptive survey with quantitative analysis, which prioritizes a list of questionnaires as a data collection tool. The population and sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The types and techniques of data collection consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses a frequency table. Based on this analytical technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Implementation of the Inhil Jaya Advanced Village Program (DMIJ) in the Infrastructure Facilities Sector in Bangun Harjo Jaya Village, Pulau Burung District, Indragiri Hilir Regency was categorized as Sufficiently Implemented. The inhibiting factor is that the funding ceiling from the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government is not sufficient from the budget for the DMIJ program for infrastructure development activities, so that the implementation process of its development is slightly hampered. Then there was a delay in the ratification of the APBDes of Bangun Harjo Jaya Village, so that the process of implementing the DMIJ program in the field of infrastructure facilities development was delayed and took a long time. And the weather factor when it rains, which causes the workers to be unable to work and the road access becomes damaged because the road condition is still dirt, so that the transportation of materials is hampered. In addition, materials are also difficult to obtain because the access to Bangun Harjo Jaya Village is quite far from the sub-district and district.
