Abstract
The purpose of this study was to see whether working hours, wages and age had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PTPN V Sei Artificial, Dayun District, Siak Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The population in this study were 43 employees at PTPN V Sei Artificial, Dayun District, Siak Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used the Smart PLS 3.0 software application. The results of this study are seen from the value of the T Statistic and P Values test which shows that working hours, wages and age have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PTPN V Sei Artificial, Dayun District, Siak Regency.
