Abstract

This type of research is qualitative research, while the purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how consumer behavior in buying fashion products online (a case study of students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Riau). The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Riau Islamic University. And the sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling, which is based on the considerations and objectives of the researchers, amounting to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study were to use questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that in the results of respondents' responses and interviews, the results of this study indicate that consumer behavior in buying fashion products online is more dominant in psychological factors, namely motivation from within students who always and want to buy fashion products online.
