Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of enterprise risk management, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and company size on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method is based on a purposive sampling method which is based on techniques based on certain criteria. The population of banking companies is 44 companies, and those who meet the criteria to be sampled are 12 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that simultaneous variables of enterprise risk management, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and firm size affect the value of the company (PBV). While partially, the enterprise risk management and managerial ownership variables have positive and significant effects on firm value, and institutional ownership and firm size variables have positive and not significant effects on firm value.
