Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of work pressure, gender, compensation on employee performance at PT. TH Indo Plantation. This research is a quantitative research with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The data used is primary data collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis tools used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS software (Statistical Package for social sciences). The results of this study indicate that work pressure has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, male gender has a significant effect on employee performance, female gender has a significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work Pressure, Male Gender, Female Gender and Compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. TH Indo Plantation.
