Abstract

Nurses are one of the medical personnel in hospitals who provide services to provide care to patients and support patient health. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether work stress and workload affect the work performance of nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work stress and workload on work performance of nurses at Sansani Hospital Pekanbaru. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was the total number of nurses working at the Pekanbaru Sansani Hospital, amounting to 96 nurses. The sampling technique was proportionate stratified random sampling, while the data collection techniques were observation and questionnaires. To analyze the data used descriptive quantitative method. In analyzing the data used simple linear regression analysis where the calculation process using SPSS For Windows version 23.0. The results of this study revealed that the partial test had no significant effect on the work performance of nurses. The relationship between the promotion mix and student decisions has a strong relationship.
