Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Ciliandra Perkasa Sei Batang Ulak, Kampar Regency. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. the Ciliandra. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Ciliandra Perkasa Sei Batang Ulak, Kampar Regency.
