Abstract

This study aims to determine the suitability of the application of financial accounting in Lubuak Alai Village, Kapur IX district 50 Kota Regency In Accordance With The Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The types and sources of data that the authors will collect in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study were oral interviews, while secondary data in this study were village reports obtained through soft copies in the form of General Cash Books, Village Bank Books, Tax Assistant Cash Books, Activity Assistance Cash Books, Village Property Reports, Reports Realization of the Village Budget, Income and Expenditure Budget. Data collection techniques in research using interview and documentation techniques. In this study the authors used descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting data, grouped and then arranged so that it can be researched based on the relevant theory. The results of this study indicate that the application of financial accounting in the village administration of Lubuak Alai village, Kapur Ix district, 50 Kota district is not fully in accordance with the 2015 IAI-KASP Village Financial Accounting Assistance Guidelines.
