Abstract
ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF JOB TRAINING ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF HARVESTERS AT PT. CITRA AGRO LESTARI ( STUDI KASUS KEBUN CEMPAKA KEBUN RAMBAHAN ) This study aims to test and analyze how much influence training has on work productivity at PT. Citra Agro Lestari ( Studi Kasus Kebun Cempaka Kebun Rambahan ). This study uses the probability sampling method with a total sample of 29 employess. Data obtained through questionaires, the variable used in this study are job training and work productivity. Throught the T test ( parsial test ) test show the results of the research variable traing ( X ) has significant effect on increasing work productivity ( Y ) at PT. Citra Agro Lestari ( Studi Kasus Kebun Cempaka Kebun Rambahan ).
