Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Dumai. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study is Classified Random Sampling, which is sampling based on a random number of 43 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Dumai. From the results of the study where employees have a level of knowledge possessed by employees, one of the requirements to develop their careers.
