Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on teacher performance during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the population was 01 thorn junior high school teachers. The sampling technique used is total sampling where all members of the population are sampled. This research uses quantitative methods. While this type of research is associative research that aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. The data analysis technique in this study uses Path Analysis, Partial Least Square (PLS) and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the SmartPLS 3.0 software program. The results of this study indicate that competence and motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance during the covid-19 pandemic.
