Abstract
Stress management is a form of managing an action or a thing that is faced. While stress itself can be interpreted as a mental disorder caused by a demand that cannot be controlled properly. So stress management can be interpreted as a way of psychological handling aimed at controlling individual stress levels. During this pandemic period and the ongoing online learning process, the role of parents is demanded to be more involved in accompanying children during online learning. The purpose of this study was to see how parents work stress management while accompanying children to learn online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study were parents who worked and accompanied their children to learn online. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative methods in the form of interviews and observations using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is coding (coding). The results of this study showed that the three subjects gave different statements in terms of accompanying children to learn online.
