Abstract

This study examines the Transparency of the Covid-19 Direct Cash Assistance Policy in Kuala Semundam Village, Bandar Petalangan District, Pelalawan Regency. Transparency means the government's openness to public resource management activities. Transparency of information, especially financial and physical information, must be carried out in a form that is relevant and easy to understand. Transparency can be done if there is clarity on the task of authority. This study aims to determine the transparency of the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Kuala Semundam Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The focus of this research focuses on the transparency of the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance in Kuala Semundam Village using the Krina theory. Indicators of transparency are Clear Information Provision, Ease of Access to Information, Develop Complaint Mechanisms for Violations and Improve Information Flow. The results of this study indicate that the availability and accessibility of documents in the transparency of the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance is going well, the clarity and completeness of information the Kuala Semudam Village government provides transparency information on the distribution of Cash Direct Assistance to the community through the information board at the village office, the complaint mechanism is also has been formed in an effort if there are public complaints regarding violations and also increasing the flow of information by the village government in collaboration with local village non-government institutions in maintaining information disclosure and increasing information dissemination.
