Abstract
This type of research is a descriptive survey, which prioritizes the interview list as a data collection tool and the data collected with this tool is used as the main material to analyze the empirical conditions and the objectivity of this research. The informants in this study amounted to 10 people. The types and techniques of data collection consist of primary data collected using interview techniques, and secondary data using observation and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique used is triangulation technique. Based on the results of the research on the Marketing Communication Pattern for the Two PUTRI Mandiri Housing in Siak Hulu, Kampar Regency, it has not been going well, it can be seen that the number of houses sold does not match the expectations of the housing party. The flow of communication patterns that occur are downward communication, upward communication, horizontal communication, and cross-channel communication. Applying the direction of the flow of information makes organizational members feel always informed, feel involved in what is happening, feel they know what they know to make decisions, and thus they can make better decisions. More mutual trust between organizations as a result of communication practices
