Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at PT. Panca Indra Energi Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. The population and the sample are all employees as many as 66 people. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. This research was carried out with a descriptive method. The conclusion in this study is that together the work environment and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance during the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at PT. Panca Indra Energi Pekanbaru.
