Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and supervision on employee performance through work motivation at PT. Kerta Jaya Utama Group. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, which is a study that is intended to collect data and information about a symptom and fact of the object and place of research in accordance with what is at the time of the research. The research was conducted at PT. Kerta Jaya Utama Group (Honda SM Amin Car Dealer). Data collection techniques used in this study were in-depth interviews and questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that partisipatif leadership and supervisory styles have a influence positif on employee performance. The results showed that participatory leadership and supervision had a significant effect on employee performance. If participatory leadership and supervision go well and there is an increase it will have a positive effect on employee performance. In contrast to the effect of participatory leadership and supervision on employee performance through work motivation, this hypothesis does not have a significant effect.
