Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and work discipline on employe performance at the regional revenue agency office of riau province. This study is a quantitative study with a population of 120 people and the sample taken in this study was 55 employees using the slovin formula at the regional revenue agency office of riau province. Determination of the sample in this study using random sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the work discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence, and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the regional revenue agency office or riau province.
