Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of service quality and advertising on customer decisions to use Halodoc application services. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with test equipment using SPSS. This research was carried out with quantitative methods. The number of samples to be taken as many as 135 respondents with purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it has been found that: 1) Service Quality and Advertising together have a significant effect on customer decisions. 2) Service quality has a significant effect on usage decisions. 3) Advertising has a significant effect on usage decisions.
