Abstract

The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of learning facility completeness on teachers’ teaching creativity at boarding school Al-Hakimiyah Paringgonan. The subject in this research was teachers’ at boarding school Al-Hakimiyah Paringgonan. Meanwhile, the object was the influence of learning facility completeness. Data collection techniqueused questionnaire and documentation. This research used quantitative correlation. This research was motivated by the lack of teachers’ teaching creativity symptoms, this research problem focused on the influence of learning facility completeness on teachers’ teaching creativity at boarding school Al-Hakimiyah Paringgonan. The population was all teachers at boarding school Al-Hakimiyah Paringgonan in 31 teachers. The sample took 20 teachers. This research had two variables that was learning facility completeness (Variable X), and teachers’ teaching creativity (Variable Y). This research finding showed that the influence of learning facility completeness on teachers’ teaching creativity at boarding school Al-Hakimiyah in category “Low”, it could be seen from data computation result from SPSS statistical 22 windows that simple regression analysis that showed significant score smaller than 0.05 where 0.001 < 0.05. It meant that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The score of learning facility completeness (Variable X) with teachers’ teaching creativity (variable Y) in 0.353 that the influence level 0.20-0.399. the level was in low level. Meanwhile 64.7% influence of learning facility completeness on teachers’ teaching creativity that influenced others variable that was not researched. It meant that the influence of learning facility completeness on teachers’ teaching creativity at boarding school AL-Hakimiyah Paringgonan Padang Lawas regency was in “Low” Category.
