Abstract

FFB raw material needs of PT. Swakarasa Sawit Raya (SSR) is mostly obtained from community-owned plantations, the problem faced by the company is whether FFB raw materials from community-owned plantations will always be available. This study aims to analyze: 1) the Company and businesss profiles of CPO agroindustry, 2) the supply of raw materials, supporting materials, and technology for the CPO production process, 3) production costs, production, price, income, efficiency, break even point (BEP), and added value of CPO. The scope of this research only discusses the processing of FFB into CPO. The research method is a case study at PT. Swakarsa Sawit Raya (SSR) for 6 months starting from July to December 2020. Respondents of this study were leaders and employees of PT. Swakarsa Sawit Raya (SSR). The data obtained are in the form of primary data and secondary data. Based on the research results indicate that PT. Swakarsa Sawit Raya (SSR) is located in Talang Jerinjing Village, West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. It is a private company that was established in 2012 and started operating in 2014. It has a factory production capacity of 60 tons of FFB/hour with a core plantation area of 1.574 hectares, including a large industrial scale with a capital of Rp. 121.203.730.000. The raw material for FFB is obtained from two sources, namely from the company's nucleus estate and from the KKPA plantation by means of the FFB from oil palm plantations being brought to the mill by truck. Production costs consist of fixed costs of Rp. 59.854.149 and variable costs of Rp. 1.331.553.462, with a total cost of Rp. 1.391.407.611/production process. The raw material for processed FFB is as much as 854.012 kg/production process and produces 171,607 Kg/production process with the selling price of CPO Rp. 9.338/Kg. The company's total revenue is gross income of Rp. 1.602.466.166/production process and the net income obtained is Rp. 211.058.555/production process, while the efficiency value is 1,15. Furthermore, the unit BEP value (Kg) is 149,005 Kg/production process and the BEP value (Rp) is Rp. 1.391.407.611/production process. The added value of CPO agroindustry is Rp. 295,40/kg with a profit of Rp. 285.70/Kg FFB or about 15,23% with a profit of 76,72 % from the profit margin.
