Abstract
This study aims to determine the results of the Analysis of the Implementation of the Village Head's Duties in Fostering Village Community Life in Sukamaju Village, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Guidance indicators in this research are guidance, supervision and direction. The type of research used is descriptive research conducted by survey which uses quantitative methods because it uses a questionnaire as a means of collecting data. The population and sample in this study were the village head. The sampling technique used in this study was 2 techniques, namely census and purposive. Based on this technique, the researchers assessed and concluded that the Analysis of the Implementation of the Village Head's Duties in Fostering Village Community Life in Sukamaju Village, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency has not been clearly implemented and can be said to be inadequate because there is no maximization in dealing with the problems of community life.
