Abstract

The service process of the mosque and mushalla data collection conducted by the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Bukit Raya is still done manually. The mosque managers must come directly to the sub-district KUA office by bringing the requirements needed. Then, the KUA officers will give them information about the time to take the Registered Certificate and Mosque Identity Number by a manual SMS. Also, to get a verification of the qibla direction of a mosque and Mushalla, they also must come to the sub-district KUA office directly by carrying the requirements needed. To this day, the Qibla direction expert team is still having trouble finding the location of the mosque and the Mushalla which will be verified. Information about the time of take the Qibla direction verification certificate is sent via SMS / telephone manually. This system is designed based on mobile using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. It can facilitate the mosque and mushalla managers in the register process of the mosque and mushalla, and to get the verification of the Qibla direction. It has LBS features which make it easier for the KUA Qibla direction team to find the mosques and Mushalla which is registered. It also facilitates the KUA officers in delivering the information about the registration certificates and the Qibla direction verification certificate. The total percentage of the aspect value of this system is 86.75% or interpreted as strongly agree.
