Abstract
This research is focused on managing village fund allocation (add) towards community empowerment in Penampi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. With the formulation of the problem, namely how to manage the allocation of village funds (add) to community empowerment in Penampi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. Based on the above background, this study aims to determine how the management of village fund allocation (add) towards community empowerment in Penampi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach and data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is management theory according to Adisasmita with indicators of planning, implementation, and supervision. The results of the research in the field indicate that in terms of planning and implementation, the procedures have been followed, while in terms of supervision, there is less of a community empowerment program. In this study the researchers concluded that in the management of village fund allocations (add) for community empowerment in Penampi Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency, the planning and implementation had gone well, but the supervision carried out by the village government was not in accordance with the wishes of the community. It is hoped that the Penampi Village government, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency will carry out comprehensive programs, improve the capabilities and expertise of village officials, sharpen supervision of village programs, and be open to the use of village fund allocations.
