Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze how employee job satisfaction at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Pekanbaru. The population in this study are all employees who work at the company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique, namely by taking appropriate objectives by researchers, amounting to 31 people. Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction uses the dimensions of 1) Mentally challenging work, 2) Decent salary, 3) Supportive working conditions, 4) Supportive coworkers and 5) Personality compatibility with the field of work at PT. Gramedia Asri Media Pekanbaru is good and effective, this is evidenced by the results of respondents' responses and interviews with all employees.
