Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze whether work ethic and work commitment partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at the National Land Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency.The number of samples in this study were 36 people using the Census technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that the variables of work ethic and work commitment had a positive and significant partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of the Land Administration and Infrastructure Division at the National Land Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency
