Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial performance and company growth on firm value in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection was carried out using a purposive sampling method, obtained a total sample of 24 companies with a research period of 2016-2020. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Financial Performance and Company Growth had a significant effect on Firm Value, but partially showed Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Growth (EG) had a significant effect on Firm Value while Asset Growth (AG) has no significant effect on Firm Value.
