Abstract

This study developed an imtaq-based Biology Module on the material of heredity patterns for class XII SMA/MA students. The development of this module is expected, students have a special attraction for independent learning in addition to adding teaching materials for both teachers and students. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development carried out only reached the third stage, namely, Analysis, Design, and development. The implementation and testing stages were not carried out due to time and cost constraints. In determining the sample, this research was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique. By using the purposive sampling technique, a sample of 60 students was obtained from three schools, namely SMAN 8 Pekanbaru, SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Pekanbaru, and MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. In this research data collection technique used a validation sheet by learning experts, material experts, interpreters/imtaq experts, and class XII biology teachers from the three schools, and saw a limited feasibility test on students regarding the imtaq-based biology module on the material of heredity patterns in humans. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. This research produces a printed product, namely a biological module based on imtaq on the material of heredity patterns in humans. Based on the validation carried out by the learning media experts, they assessed that the developed module was feasible to use with a percentage of 96.83%, furthermore the material expert validation also stated that the model product developed was very valid with a percentage of 90.97%, the IMTAQ expert validation stated that the developed module was sufficient. valid with a percentage of 87.50% and validation by three teachers stated that the module developed was very valid with a percentage of 99.74%. The module developed by the researcher received a very valid response by students through a student feasibility test with a percentage of 97.30%. Based on these results, the imtaq-based biology module on the material of heredity patterns in humans for class XII SMA/MA is very feasible to use in the learning process.
