Abstract

This research aims to produce mathematics learning devices by discovery learning model. Mathematic learning devices developed are form of a learning implementaion system (RPP) and Student Worksheets (LKPD). The research make use of Research and Development R&D with steps: (1) Potentials and Problem, (2) Data Collection, (3) Product Design, (4) Validate Design , (5) Product Revision, and (6) The Final Product. Data collection techniques is validation sheet which will be validated by two Mathematics Education lectures FKIP UIR and one Matematics teacher from YLPI junior high school in Pekanbaru. Analysis data techniques is use validation sheet results. Based on the research obtained the validation results from learning implementation System (RPP) is 86,56% with very valid criteria and the analysis data result of Student Worksheet (LKPD) is 87,59% with very valid criteria. Thus, it can be concluded that the result of the research are mathematics learning education devices by discovery learning on subjects cube and cuboid that have proven validity or can be use without revision.
