Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of Gading Sari Purna Manunggal High School students in Tapung District. This research is correlational research. The population in this study were all students at Purna Manunggal Gading Sari High School. The research sample taken as many as 66 people, namely class XI IPA and XI IPS. From the calculation results obtained r value of 0.676 while the value of r table at n = 66 or df = 64 of 0.242. Thus the value of r count> r table or 0.676> 0.242. This means that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics. The t value is 7.35 while the t table is 2.00 with the proposed hypothesis being accepted. The coefficient of determination is 45.8%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of Purna Manunggal Gading Sari High School students in Tapung District. The percentage relationship between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes is 45.8%.
