Abstract
The reformulation policy towards Diversi has been ratified twice, namely, Law Number 3 of 1997 concerning Juvenile Court, and Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Justice System. As contained in article 7 paragraph (2) letter a, it must be revised because it does not reflect the principle of justice in the resolution of child cases because the reformulation policy based on justice is to re-stipulate that Diversion is applied to all types of criminal acts so that the settlement of cases of children in conflict with the law can be completed based on the principle of justice
