Abstract
Law Enforcement on the Distribution of Illegal Cosmetics by BBPOM Investigators in Pekanbaru City Judging from the legal problems that occur related to the circulation of illegal cosmetics in the city of Pekanbaru, especially related to the supervision of the circulation of cosmetics by BBPOM Pekanbaru City, it has been quite effective in implementing law enforcement in the form of providing supervision and protection for the community related to the use of cosmetics and prosecution as an action aimed at providing legal certainty to illegal cosmetics traffickers in the form of distributing pharmaceutical preparations (cosmetics) that do not have a marketing authorization. But it still has obstacles or obstacles in implementing law enforcement by BBPOM Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by the presence of illegal cosmetics traffickers who are still distributing Illegal cosmetics, namely cosmetics that do not have marketing authorization at street vendors in the city's traditional markets.
