Abstract
ABSTRACT Yoga Suyanda (154210246). Agroindustry Analysis and Soy Milk Marketing in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City (Case of Buk Eva's Soy Milk Business). Under the guidance of Dr. Ir. U.P. Ismail, M.Agr as a mentor. Soy milk is a high protein drink as a substitute for cow's milk which is needed by humans to increase nutrition. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of soy milk agroindustry, production technology of soy milk agroindustry, use of production factors, production costs, income, efficiency, added value of soy milk agroindustry, channels, institutions, marketing functions, margin marketing costs. marketing and marketing efficiency of soy milk. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from August 2019 to January 2020. This study used a survey method and respondents were taken by census. The data collected consists of primary and secondary data. The results showed that the average age of entrepreneurs was 43 years and the average age of workers was 32.67 years. Entrepreneurship education is 16 years. 8 years of business experience and 2.67 years of workforce. The dependents of the entrepreneur's family are 2 people and the workforce is 1.5 people. The profile of the soybean milk agroindustry was established in 2011. The scale of the business carried out is the home industry scale. The number of workers used is 4 people including entrepreneurs. The business capital used comes from own capital, the use of soybean raw materials in a single production process of 4 kg. The use of supporting materials per process is 4 kg of sugar, 0.25 kg of salt, 0.30 kg of ginger, 80 liters of clean water, 10 pieces of pandan leaves, 0.25 kg of plastic, 0.001 kg of rubber, 5 kg of firewood, 2 liters of gasoline. and 0.67 kg LPG gas, while the technology used is semi modern, the total production cost is Rp. 274.667.40. The resulting product is 311 packs or 62.2 liters of soy milk with a selling price of Rp. 2,000/pack. Gross income per production process Rp. 622,000 and net income of Rp. 347,333. Business Efficiency (RCR) of 2.26 is feasible to be developed, the added value of Rp. 138,500 with an added value ratio of 89.06%, marketing soy milk through 2 channels, namely marketing channel I, namely business actors selling to retailers and retailers selling to consumers. Marketing channel II, business actors sell directly to consumers. The marketing margin in marketing channel I is Rp. 2,000/pack and the marketing efficiency is 4.65% and the marketing channel II marketing margin is Rp. 2,000/pack and the marketing efficiency is 5,00%.
