Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the Character Education Strengthening Program (PPK) at the 004 Toar State Elementary School, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the research explores character education, especially in the five main values of character education that are applied at the 004 Toar State Elementary School. Data validity techniques include source and technique triangulation, method triangulation and time triangulation. Research data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion of the research shows that the 004 Toar State Elementary School, Gunung Toar District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has implemented a character education strengthening program (PPK) well. This is stated as an example of students reading study prayers, students dressed neatly, students working together in groups, students doing their own assignments and students always being honest.
