Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF PRICE, PROMOTION, E-SERVICE QUALITY ON THE REPURCHASE INTENTION OF AIRCRAFT TICKETS PURCHASES (Case Study of Traveloka Users in Pandau Jaya Village) By: TRI MAYASARI: 175210582 This study aims to see the effect of influence, promotion, quality of electronic services on the intention to repurchase airplane tickets among traveloka users in Pandau Jaya Village. The data analysis technique used a questionnaire, the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and used SPSS Version 22.The sample used in this study were 30 traveloka users in Pandau Jaya Village using non-probability sampling (purposive) techniques. . The results of this study indicate that based on the responses of the respondents there is a positive and significant influence on repurchase intentions of Traveloka users in Pandau Jaya Village. This can be seen from the price (X1) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y), Promotion (X2) has a significant effect on respurchase intention (Y), E-Service Quality (X3) has a significant effect on repurchase intention (Y), thus the price , Promotion, E-Service Quality can affect repurchase intention of Traveloka users in Pandau Jaya Village.
