Abstract
This study was conducted to identify and analyze the marketing strategy applied by the Magz Laundry Business in marketing its services. This research was carried out with a descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. Respondents taken are consumers who come to Magz Laundry in Pekanbaru as many as 100 consumers and the Magz Laundry company in Pekanbaru as many as 6 people, so that the overall number of samples is 106 people. From the results of the study, from the SWOT analysis, it is known that Magz Laundry has higher strengths than weakness factors in its business development strategy, so optimization is needed by focusing on suppressing production costs and increasing ownership of regular customers because both of these things can affect the company's productivity which will ultimately have an impact on business development.
