Abstract

This research examines the governance of village funds. This study aims to find out how to manage village funds in the village Pangkalan Serik Districts Siak Hulu Regency Kampar. This type of research, which is located in the village Pangkalan Serik is descriptive with qualitative methods that is, research seeks to describe the object or subject under study in accordance with it is as well as explaining the variables and indicators. the results of this study about Village Fund Management In The Village Pangkalan Serik Districts Siak Hulu Regency Kampar this analyzed through four indicators that is participatory, transparency, accountability, and orderly and disciplined budget. The final results of this study conclude that village fund management in the village Pangkalan Serik it’s still not effective, because village fund management is proven to be ineffective. This can be proven by what researchers in the field, such as the lack of openness of the village government to the village fund management process. The community is less involved the preparation of development plans and the community is less involved in participating in the village development planning meetings. However, the information facilities and infrastructure provided by the village government for the community are complete adequate.
