Abstract

This study aims to determine the accounting applied to the Economic Business of the Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Bersama Sejahtera, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City, is in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The analysis in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, the types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by interview and documentation methods. Sources of data from this research are notes and documents provided by the manager of the Economic Business of the Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Bersama Sejahtera, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City to researchers. The results of the study concluded that the application of accounting in the Economic Business of the Savings and Loans Village (UEK-SP) Bersama Sejahtera, Tangkerang Tengah Village, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City as a whole was not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
