Abstract
This study aims to prove the Effect of Risk Level, Inflation and Composite Stock Price Index on the Performance of Islamic Mutual Funds on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which has previously been tested for its classical assumptions. The results showed that the level of risk has a positive affects the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds, inflation has a negative affects the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds and the Composite Stock Price Index has a positive affects the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds. Simultaneously the Risk Level, Inflation and the Composite Stock Price Index have a significant effect on the Performance of Sharia Equity Mutual Funds. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the performance of equity mutual funds can be explained by the variables of Risk Level, Inflation and the Composite Stock Price Index of 39.5%. The multiple linear regression equation in this study is formulated: SHARPE RATIO=-42,059 + 9,421 Risk – 0,709 Inflation+ 4,271 IHSG+ℇ.
