Abstract

The purpose of this study was to learn how to coordinate the implementation of Pelalawan district government reporting at the Pelalawan District Regional Secretariat. The indicators used in this study use the theory put forward by Handayaningrat, namely Communication, Awareness of Important Coordination, Participant Competence, Agreement, Commitment and Commitment Incentives and Continuity of Planning. The location of the study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan Regency. This type of research used by researchers is a combination of research methods and quantitative research methods that researchers use to get a clearer picture in analyzing phenomena related to using data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations and investigations. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, the Coordination made the Report on the Implementation of the Regional Government of Pelalawan Regency has carried out its duties well and carried out its duties as coordinator in coordinating all OPDs in filling out the data needed in LPPD. Based on the indicators that are based on the research, there are still some indicators that actually can still improve the quality of LPPD, which will get even better.
