Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of interaction and the main dose of chicken manure and growmore fertilizer on leek plants. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the dose of chicken manure consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0, 15, 30 and 45 g/polybag. The second factor is growmore fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely: 0, 1.5, 3 and 4.5 g/l of water. Parameters observed were: plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers per clump, plant wet weight, root length, and root volume. The results showed that the dose interaction of chicken manure and growore fertilizer affected the number of leaves, number of tillers per clump, plant wet weight, and root volume. The best treatment was the dose of chicken manure 45 g/polybag, 30 g/polybag (number of leaves) and growmore fertilizer 4.5 g/l water. The main effect of the dose of chicken manure has an effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment was the dose of chicken manure 45 g/polybag, and 30 g/polybag (number of leaves). The main effect of growmore fertilizer had an effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment is growmore fertilizer 4.5 g/l water.
