Abstract
This research was carried out in the Ketam Putih Village Government, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to determine the suitability of the application of accounting in Ketam Putih Village with generally accepted accounting principles. This research is a quantitative research, the types of data used in this study are grouped into two,namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion in Ketam Putih Village, it shows that the Village does not carry out the Village also does not depreciate fixed assets and in the Village’s wealth report. The Village does not perform calculation of accounting in the Ketam Putih village government is not in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
