Abstract

THE ANALYSIS OF SERVICES AT THE HEAD OFFICE OF TEMBILAHAN CITY TEMBILAHAN DISTRICT INDRAGIRI HILIR REGENCY ABSTRACT By Abdi Rima Pratama This study aims to identify and analyze services at the Tembilahan urban village office, Tembilahan sub-district, Indragiri Hilir regency. The assessment indicators used include service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, infrastructure and service officer competence. This type of research is a descriptive survey with quantitative analysis, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a data collection tool. The population and sample in this study amounted to 42 people. Types and data collection techniques consist of primary data collected using questionnaires and interviews, and secondary data collected using observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses frequency tables. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and concludes that the Service Analysis at the Tembilahan Urban Village Head Office, Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency is categorized as Good Enough. The inhibiting factor is the physical inadequacy of the Tembilahan Kota head office, namely the condition of the office that is too small, not wide and narrow, so that employees become overwhelmed in carrying out services. Then the computers in the Kota Tembilahan office are currently lacking or few, so some employees have to use personal laptops for work.
