Abstract
This study aims to explain the effect of the value of intangible assets and research and development costs on the market value of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2011-2020. The population used in this study are pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study using multiple regression method obtained using the Eviews application. Based on the results of simultaneous research (Test F) shows a significance value of 0.000313 < 0.05, which means the Value of Intangible Assets and Research and Development Costs simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value and the results of partial test analysis indicate that the Value of Intangible Assets and Research Costs and Development has a significant effect on Company Value in Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2011-2020 period.
