Abstract
This research was conducted on PT. Cipta Agro Sejati Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Rokab Hilir, the purpose of this research is to find out the effect of work stress on employee motivation at PMKS PT. Cipta Agro Sejati Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Then the sample in this study is the processing of oil palm in process A and process B totaling forty two people and being used as respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. In this study using descriptive anaysis and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version twenty five. The results showed that partially the work stress variable had a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation in PMKS PT. Cipta Agro Sejati Kecamatan Simpang Kanan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir, with t count -0,245 > t table 0,304. While the contribution given by work stress to employee work motivation is 0,461 or 46,1%.
