Abstract

Farming vegetables hydroponics is a farming alternative da lam improve the resilience of food , chances of employment , increase income and alleviate poverty and foster the independence of the public . This study aims to analyze: 1) the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles , 2) the feasibility of farming includes : costs , production , income , efficiency 3) the feasibility and level of sensitivity to the increase in the price of production inputs and the decline in the selling price of hydroponic vegetables . The research is using survey method , case efforts on farmers' vegetables hydroponically Mom's Dream Hydroponic Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan TAmpan Kota Pekanbaru . The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Results The study showed that the characteristics of entrepreneurs are in the group aged product tif , namely 43 Tear , length of education entrepreneur 16 Tear, trying entrepreneurs experience 3 years, and the family burden employers are four souls . Profil effort farmer vegetables hydroponically Mom's Dream Hydroponic Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru berdiri on Tear 2016 to the present. The scale of the hydroponic vegetable farming is included in the small scale business , the purpose of the business being as a source of family income , business capital comes from own capital . Analysis of the feasibility of farming show that the total cost of production amounting to Rp 7,564,481 , production of vegetables amounted to 732 Kg, revenue gross amounting to Rp 20,520,000 , revenues net of Rp 12,955,519 and efficiency (RCR) of 2.71 . Analysis of feasibility financially based on the criteria of investment and analysis of the level of sensitivity showed that businesses farmer vegetables hydroponics feasible to run and is developed . This can be seen from the discount factor value of 17.5 %, based on Bank interest rates in Riau Province resulting in NPV of IDR 454,138,923.46 / year, IRR of 75 %, Net B / C Ratio 3.1 and payback period for 1 year 7 months 1 8 days . Results sentivitas analysis shows the effort of farmers vegetables hydroponically l ore is sensitive when a decline in the price of the sale of vegetables with NPV Rp 430,744,973.99 / year, Net B / C Ratio 2, 9 , IRR 71 % and the payback period for 1 Year 8 Months 1 6 days.
